Decisions of interest provide information or guidance with respect to administrative law or workers’ compensation issues. They do not directly involve the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Tribunal (WCAT). They come from one of the following courts:
- BC Supreme Court (BCSC)
- BC Court of Appeal (BCCA)
- Supreme Court of Canada (SCC)
